By downloading our iOS/Android applications or purchasing hardware products with Echopais custom MIDI firmware, you accept these terms. Our apps are subject to App Store/Google Play terms as well.

Agreement: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Echopais.

Updates: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

Our iOS/Android applications are licensed, not sold. You may use our MIDI firmware on purchased hardware for personal and commercial music production. Redistribution of our firmware requires written permission.

License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software.

Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our software.

Commercial Use: Our software may be used for commercial music production and performance.

Updates: We may provide software updates at our discretion to improve functionality and security.

Hardware components are manufactured by various certified manufacturers globally. Echopais only provides MIDI controller firmware/software. All hardware warranties, defects, and technical support are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers.

Manufacturing: We do not manufacture hardware components but source them from certified global suppliers.

Warranty: Hardware warranties are provided by the original manufacturers, not by Echopais.

Integration: We provide warranty only for the integration of our firmware with hardware components.

Support: Hardware technical support should be directed to the respective manufacturers.

Echopais owns the MIDI firmware and mobile applications. Hardware manufacturers own their respective hardware designs. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute our software without permission.

Software Ownership: All software, firmware, and applications are proprietary to Echopais.

Hardware Ownership: Hardware designs and patents belong to their respective manufacturers.

Trademarks: Echopais and related marks are trademarks of our company.

User Content: You retain ownership of any music or content created using our software.

Our iOS apps comply with Apple App Store guidelines. Our Android apps comply with Google Play policies. Any violations should be reported to the respective app stores.

Platform Rules: Our apps are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective app stores.

Updates: App updates are distributed through official app store channels.

Payments: All app purchases are processed through official app store payment systems.

Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the respective app store terms.

Echopais is only liable for software-related issues. Hardware problems, defects, or damages are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. We provide software 'as-is' without warranty for hardware compatibility.

Software Liability: Our liability is limited to software functionality and performance issues.

Hardware Liability: We are not liable for hardware defects, damages, or compatibility issues.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our software.

Consequential Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may terminate your license to use our software for violation of these terms. You may terminate by discontinuing use of our software and deleting all copies.

Termination Rights: Either party may terminate this agreement with or without cause.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of our software.

Survival: Certain provisions will survive termination, including intellectual property rights.
